Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zaccheo Andolina got the match started through his kick off. In the 24th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Porziano Marchitelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Porziano Marchitelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Sigfrido Auletta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Saul Baumer sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Sostene Vitulli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Italy booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Vachon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Zuberbühler FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Baumer was the one to do the kick off. Napoleon Dziedelonis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Porziano Marchitelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Napoleon Dziedelonis having to make a save. 54 minutes into the match, Italy's Porziano Marchitelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Napoleon Dziedelonis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Dziedelonis having to interfere. Sostene Vitulli kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Eugenio Gabon in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Napoleon Dziedelonis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 68 in the game by Zaccheo Andolina from a close distance when the talented Napoleon Dziedelonis managed to make a qualified save. Zuberbühler FC's players were relieved. In the 73rd match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sostene Vitulli to maneuver through the defense. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. After 80 minutes of play, Zuberbühler FC's Marciano Min made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Marciano Min scored 2-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Min in the 95th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
