Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 42 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustas Matukas. Augustas Matukas took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Donato Goiano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melquiades Blanco to strike the kick off in the second half.
