After having played for 30 minutes, Fabio Schneider managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Rafael Riedl a yellow card for diving instead. Rafael Riedl kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Austria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Hakkı Kenan Uygun scored to the left of an out of position Fabio Auer, making the score, 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Galishoff made a kick off. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu reached it. The supporters of Austria booed when MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esat Yaşanur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Kamer Özkaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kubilay Hasret in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
