Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dragutin Vasiljević started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Goran Lečić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kanarinci and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 3rd minute of play forced Kanarinci's goalkeeper Vlaho Modrah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kanarinci's Vjekoslav Gojak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leighton Davies in the 6 minute of the game. Vlaho Modrah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Radoslav Ivanković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vlaho Modrah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah Macdonald in the 13th minute of the match. Khalid Kennedy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslav Ivanković in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Dragutin Vasiljević came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kanarinci's Dinko Čamagajevac quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leighton Davies, made in the 21st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Kanarinci's Vjekoslav Gojak got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vlaho Modrah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Kanarinci's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Vlaho Modrah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kanarinci's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Micah Macdonald was slow to take the kick. During this time England's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Micah Macdonald got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vlaho Modrah quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of England booed when Kanarinci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolf Krnić didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 55th minute Radoslav Ivanković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kyle Cox was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. England's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Vlaho Modrah was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kyle Cox showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vlatko Jurela during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Kanarinci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlatko Jurela to maneuver through the defense. Vlaho Modrah made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Micah Macdonald sent off a good shot on target. Micah Macdonald received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vlaho Modrah came out and tried to block the shot, but Micah Macdonald slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 65th minute. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vlaho Modrah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute of the match, Micah Macdonald got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vlaho Modrah was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vlaho Modrah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Kanarinci's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Vlaho Modrah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslav Ivanković in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kanarinci's Bruno Dragišić got a free kick in the 84th minute. Kanarinci's Petar Krile was substituted for Dragutin Vasiljević. A collision led to Kanarinci getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bruno Dragišić hit a great ball. If Radoslav Ivanković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlaho Modrah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 90th minute of the match. Vlaho Modrah made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Issac Dawson sent off a good shot on target. 95 minutes into the match, Kanarinci's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Vlaho Modrah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
