Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andre Agassi made the kick off which started today's match. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes in the game Alf Säfström did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pete Sampras. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Patrik Zachrisson threw the ball into play from the sideline. France's Remy Dupuy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Alf Säfström got a free kick in the 17th minute. When David Barbier came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Barbier couldn't finish the play. Andre Agassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Alexis Bruneau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alf Säfström charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alf Säfström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. France's Remy Dupuy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrik Zachrisson, made in the 45th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andre Agassi in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Aron Dahlbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Aron Dahlbom in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Agassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camille Baume to maneuver through the defense. MAFFIAN's Alex Vallin was substituted for Greger Broberg. After 62 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Camille Baume. Camille Baume could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Aron Dahlbom made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristoffer Nyberg during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Camille Baume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Peletier succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, David Barbier managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but David Barbier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aron Dahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Vallin went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andre Agassi's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Andre Agassi put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. Patrik Zachrisson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save MAFFIAN from getting a goal against them. France's attentive Remy Dupuy managed to snatch the ball when Stig-Arne Skålberg made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. The MAFFIAN players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
