In the 29th minute, Bruno Scibilia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Scibilia in the 33rd minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to PomeziaRamblers getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Raphael Varan hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuido Suursaar was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Deilmison van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claus Himschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuido Suursaar got free with Rodriguinho Sousa in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 played minutes PomeziaRamblers got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Varan. 61 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Ülger came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute PomeziaRamblers were awarded a corner. Benjamin Ülger went to the cornerflag to take it. Deilmison van Basten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claus Himschoot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Claus Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 71st minute of play. Raphael Varan made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ATHLETICO PRaiano's Simão do Vale. Claus Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Scibilia came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Many of PomeziaRamblers's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. PomeziaRamblers may have spent more time on the ball, but ATHLETICO PRaiano were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
