In the 16th minute Brian Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Mei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Juarês Donato came free, but Pablo Mei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juarês Donato in the 26th minute of play forced Plaza Jewell's goalkeeper Pablo Mei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th match minute, Wambalamba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Mei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute.
