When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Freddy Amato sped through C. A. Atlanta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tony Guimarães. When Armando Azibar came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Plaza Jewell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Azibar couldn't finish the play. Tony Guimarães stood somewhat misplaced when Freddy Amato came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. Plaza Jewell's Freddy Amato was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Salvador Roland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freddy Amato who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Tony Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to C. A. Atlanta getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. 赵国弘 hit a great ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Armando Azibar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaza Jewell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Azibar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Armando Azibar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony Guimarães. C. A. Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Azibar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 39 played minutes Plaza Jewell got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Amato. Pablo Mei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Rio in the 43rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Azibar in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Guimarães saved C. A. Atlanta from getting behind. After 45 played minutes C. A. Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Frasquito. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Aquiles Manex put in a rough tackle. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C. A. Atlanta! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Amato to strike the kick off in the second half. Freddy Amato took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Guimarães. Tony Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Rio to maneuver through the defense. Plaza Jewell made a substitution. Nunez Gizon replaced Freddy Amato. In the 67th minute, Everardo Rio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Gil hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes, Plaza Jewell's Lorenzo Mancio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tony Guimarães came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plaza Jewell reached it. The supporters of Plaza Jewell booed when C. A. Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Gizon came free, but Tony Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Gizon in the 80th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Nunez Gizon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony Guimarães. C. A. Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nunez Gizon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After 83 minutes, Nunez Gizon made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. C. A. Atlanta's Tony Guimarães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Nunez Gizon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tony Guimarães was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute of the match Plaza Jewell got a corner. C. A. Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lorenzo Mancio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tony Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Gizon in the 94th minute of play. Plaza Jewell's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
