Jonas Nalder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Kapalicarsi booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Wallner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Galishoff scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 范烽海, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandro Galishoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sandro Galishoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kapalicarsi were furious when Ronaldo Messi was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Kapalicarsi:s 范烽海 showed great skill when he stopped Sandro Galishoff:s penalty. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mümin Gülerce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Leonhard Maier reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 范烽海. The goal made the score 0-2. Fabio Schneider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kapalicarsi's 范烽海 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Kapalicarsi from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Austria booed when Kapalicarsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hayri İzgü didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Schneider in the 71st minute of play forced Kapalicarsi's goalkeeper 范烽海 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 范烽海 having to interfere. Fabio Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 范烽海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Sandro Galishoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. 范烽海 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austria's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
