Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's zone, Porziano Marchitelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Colas came out of the goal and Porziano Marchitelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blas Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 6th minute of play. Blas Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gomberto Picozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 14th minute of play. Tiburcio Marques scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Colas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Pastor Edorta in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. 37 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Blas Colas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 45th minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Colas having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Tiburcio Marques made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Marques came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Blas Colas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. Gianpaolo Mascari was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Jorge Joachim was substituted for Tiburcio Marques. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ made a substitution. Ovidio Marin replaced Waclaw Gniech. 62 minutes in the game Pastor Edorta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jorge Joachim. After 68 played minutes ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Edorta. If Porziano Marchitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Blas Colas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 76th minute of play. Jorge Joachim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. A sloppy throw-in by Pastor Edorta in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 90th minute, Italy's Guiscardo Davide dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Adriano Curto took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Blas Colas to make any attempt to save it. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Italy for a fine match.
