Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alessandro Sacchi kicked off to start the match. Jens Sundström made in the 4th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Brynn Andrews however managed to control. Jervis Tresise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the game, Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Auer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marc Kronecker's late challenge caught a Stratton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Kronecker helped the player get up and apologised. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jervis Tresise in the 16th minute of play. If Jervis Tresise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Jervis Tresise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Waismann hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Riedl's late challenge caught a Stratton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Riedl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Riedl to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Sacchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jervis Tresise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jervis Tresise in the 27th minute of play. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi. But to his dismay, Alessandro Sacchi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandro Galishoff to strike the kick off in the second half. If Alessandro Sacchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessandro Sacchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere. Jervis Tresise might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Auer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jervis Tresise ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute, Alessandro Sacchi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Auer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Sacchi went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Alessandro Sacchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stratton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Sacchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stratton FC's Martyon Gronow was substituted for Matthew Grieve. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Sacchi in the 84th minute of play. Alessandro Sacchi took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Alessandro Sacchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Ivan Warhurst made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stratton FC fully deserved thier win.
