Ray Clemence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 24 minutes of play, Spain's Omar Toledo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ray Clemence was left in no man's land by his defense there! PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aranda in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, PHOENIX SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir de Sena to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Adria Bielsa came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hanung Sephtianda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. Hanung Sephtianda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Ascaso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ray Clemence didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adria Bielsa went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ray Clemence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence got control of the ball when Pau Herrero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Spain's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
