The tension between the EDI MZB and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to EDI MZB getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Delfim Chaves hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Neto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hungary reached it. Osvaldo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 10th minute of play forced EDI MZB's goalkeeper Osvaldo Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hortêncio Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EDI MZB. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Pisarcik in the 17th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Teofil Pisarcik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When Dong Zheng Hong fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EDI MZB's protests and gave Dong Zheng Hong a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, EDI MZB's Dong Zheng Hong got a free kick in the 20th minute. Osvaldo Neto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute, Antal Valentin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and EDI MZB's Osvaldo Neto didn't even have to move. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ma Lang Liang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes, Hortêncio Mandrak made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The EDI MZB fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when EDI MZB's Hortêncio Mandrak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tao Li Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Mandrak came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes EDI MZB got a freekick which was hit by Tao Li Zhen. 70 minutes into the game, Major Barna lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Osvaldo Neto. 74 minutes into the match, EDI MZB's Hortêncio Mandrak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Szekeres Tamas's late challenge caught a EDI MZB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szekeres Tamas helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the game, Natanael Sá was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EDI MZB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After 77 played minutes EDI MZB got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Sá. 80 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Pisarcik came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes, Tao Li Zhen made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Osvaldo Neto. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. EDI MZB's Osvaldo Neto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save EDI MZB from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Pisarcik in the 95th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute of the match EDI MZB got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ma Lang Liang ran over to the corner to take the kick. EDI MZB's Ma Lang Liang was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hungary were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing EDI MZB to leave the ground with a draw.
