Portugal's attentive Fabricio Andrade managed to snatch the ball when Tạ 鲁鹏森 made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the game, Lukas Holmberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viktor Påk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erwin Soto took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Portugal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
