Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernesto Minichiello started the match with the kick off. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Christian Zaccardi charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Zaccardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Christian Zaccardi. Lars Steen hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Polidori saved XMAS from getting behind. Armando Polidori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikkel Wulff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Polidori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Ludvigsen. After 19 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Simon Bendtsen. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Polidori having to interfere. The supporters of XMAS booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Svenningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bertram Svenningsen succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Armando Polidori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Nygaard went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Armando Polidori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. XMAS's Armando Polidori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olav Graversen in the 40th minute of play. After 45 minutes, Alvaro Aversano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XMAS and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to XMAS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alvaro Aversano hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Concetto Marinucci kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Armando Polidori was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chris Nygaard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 54 minute of play. XMAS's Alessio Ascoli was substituted for Christian Zaccardi. Armando Polidori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Ernesto Minichiello sped through Denmark's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. Chris Nygaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Polidori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after XMAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. Denmark's Chris Nygaard was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armando Polidori in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, XMAS's Dave Barillari tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Filippo Barbato made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 85th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Armando Polidori was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for XMAS through an amazing save. Augusto Navarra took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Mikkel Wulff might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Polidori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikkel Wulff ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 91 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Armando Polidori managed to make a qualified save. XMAS's players were relieved. Alessio Ascoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. The Denmark players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
