The referee ignored Morro Grande E.C's protests and gave Christiano Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. After 8 minutes of play, Morro Grande E.C's Jorginho Mazza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Lars Steen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Steen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gláuber Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Jorge Sá in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Theis Winther. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Jorginho Mazza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jorge Sá made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Theis Winther. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikkel Wulff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gláuber Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gláuber Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Jorginho Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Gláuber Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 39th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theis Winther during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Theis Winther hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorginho Mazza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Jorginho Mazza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Chris Nygaard hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ronaldinho Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the game, Morro Grande E.C's Ronaldinho Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 62nd minute, Ronaldinho Meira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morro Grande E.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 66th minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gláuber Brodel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 66 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Habib Ali Picavea. Habib Ali Picavea hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Elói Penha in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Bertram Svenningsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gláuber Brodel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertram Svenningsen ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel got control of the ball when Bertram Svenningsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Mikkel Wulff came free, but Gláuber Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Gláuber Brodel managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Denmark's Chris Nygaard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gláuber Brodel made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. Gláuber Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 88th minute of play. Chris Nygaard hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Hélder Velasco hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Many of Denmark's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Denmark may have spent more time on the ball, but Morro Grande E.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
