Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Vítor Lopez started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute José Vítor Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Lopez in the 5th minute of play. Rômulo Amaral came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Albin Holweck. But to his dismay, Albin Holweck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 13th minute of the game, Albin Holweck landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 14 minutes into the game, Erasmo Mesquita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MAZER SAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Rômulo Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Rolf Rothberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rômulo Amaral. MAZER SAF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolf Rothberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Rômulo Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 47th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Frank Sachs immediately put the ball in play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Rolf Rothberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 57th minute of play forced MAZER SAF's goalkeeper Rômulo Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Chris Mergenthaler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The throw-in from Chris Mergenthaler in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MAZER SAF's Osvaldo Marques. Rômulo Amaral came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 74 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Rômulo Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Amaral having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Rômulo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolf Rothberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rômulo Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolf Rothberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in MAZER SAF's zone, Ulrich Stein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rômulo Amaral came out of the goal and Ulrich Stein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Amaral having to interfere. Germany's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
