In the 15th minute of the match David Barbier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Dudley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Gondela in the 20th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Tiburones Pacufantásticos got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Udalaitz. A collision led to Tiburones Pacufantásticos getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Delmar Udalaitz hit a great ball. Bruno Dudley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Barbier in the 28th minute of play. Delmar Udalaitz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of France booed when Tiburones Pacufantásticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Rami didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Camille Baume who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Bruno Dudley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Bruno Dudley was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Frank Peletier capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frank Peletier really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. A collision led to Tiburones Pacufantásticos getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Adam Gondela hit a great ball. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. France's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
