Will Goldthorpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikkel Wulff in the 7th minute of play. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Heavenly Hooters's Leo Bean. But to his dismay, Leo Bean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. Keld Paulsen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Richárd Bódog. The crowd rose to their feet as Phil Naylor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. Leo Bean could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. The throw-in from Jon Elliot in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Keld Paulsen was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Todd Griffiths capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Todd Griffiths really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0.

In the 57thth minute of the game Leo Bean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Bean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Todd Griffiths blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Mikkel Wulff got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Leo Bean cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Jon Elliot. In the 76th minute, Lars Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heavenly Hooters's Jake Grayson was substituted for Jon Elliot. Denmark's Lars Steen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A sloppy throw-in by Jake Grayson in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Lars Steen. Heavenly Hooters's Will Goldthorpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 96th minute of play.
