The audience thought a goal was coming when Zenon Jajecznica got free with Stefan Eklund in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zenon Jajecznica who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Stefan Eklund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Cosmos 1984 NewDance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Pietras in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Eklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stefan Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Barys, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Stefan Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Barys in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Cosmos 1984 NewDance were the better team. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
