EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Ernesto Playo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Zheng Xiang Chong hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, EL CERVECERO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Gumaro to maneuver through the defense. Vinicio Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanny Van Wontergem, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Gerardo Iraunkors short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Vincent Van Mechelen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 27 minutes, Zheng Xiang Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zheng Xiang Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vinicio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanny Van Wontergem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Van Mechelen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Playo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Gerardo Iraunkor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st minute, EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Ernesto Playo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Gerardo Iraunkor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Van Mechelen having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Playo to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in YR Mechelen's zone, Ernesto Playo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincent Van Mechelen came out of the goal and Ernesto Playo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Ernesto Playo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL CERVECERO F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 67th minute Ernesto Playo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Van Mechelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Gerardo Iraunkor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Iraunkor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. YR Mechelen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zheng Xiang Chong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Ernesto Playo sped through YR Mechelen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vincent Van Mechelen. Vincent Van Mechelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Van Mechelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Playo in the 95th minute of the match. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
