If Panait Stolniciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Anfilogino Sasso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristoffer Västerberg was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Ben Şah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josué Macedo was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Fausto Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ben Şah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. FC SOLOTHURN's Josué Macedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save FC SOLOTHURN from getting a goal against them. Josué Macedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ben Şah in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute Ben Şah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. IFK Fjärås's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by J.J Jaago in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Anfilogino Sasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Västerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC SOLOTHURN getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Corrado Berardi hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC SOLOTHURN's zone, J.J Jaago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josué Macedo came out of the goal and J.J Jaago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristoffer Västerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Madruga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC SOLOTHURN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. J.J Jaago was slow to take the kick. During this time IFK Fjärås's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Torbjörn Samuelsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Josué Macedo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. IFK Fjärås's attentive Jimmie Ekström managed to snatch the ball when Armando Rossetti made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. J.J Jaago hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ben Şah to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, J.J Jaago notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC SOLOTHURN's Josué Macedo. Josué Macedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robin Pååk kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Ben Şah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Anfilogino Sasso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kristoffer Västerberg, 1-1. Jacob Madruga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kristoffer Västerberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacob Madruga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 71st minute. When IFK Fjärås's Ben Şah in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC SOLOTHURN's goalie prevented a goal. Ben Şah scored 2-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Josué Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC SOLOTHURN fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Kristoffer Västerberg came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC SOLOTHURN's Panait Stolniciu. But to his dismay, Panait Stolniciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Gheorghe Hagi took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Kristoffer Västerberg to make any attempt to save it. J.J Jaago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, FC SOLOTHURN's Armando Rossetti got a free kick in the 97th minute. The IFK Fjärås fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC SOLOTHURN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
