The tHe SOnS of rAGnar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Sá should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Tate in the 7th minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper José Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Giardino in the 9th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Errecaborda AFC's zone, Walter Giardino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal and Walter Giardino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valko De Hond kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Pastor Ado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but José Sá made a huge save. If Pastor Ado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Walter Giardino made a precise shot to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Valko De Hond with Prospero Jerardo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With an all-out effort, Errecaborda AFC's José Sá threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joe Tate, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Rameriz came free, but José Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Valko De Hond in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Grigoris Kornaros. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Giardino in the 44th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walter Giardino to make the kick off. Valko De Hond made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Prospero Jerardo. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Charis Leontiou was substituted for Grigoris Kornaros. In the 68th minute Walter Giardino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Terra in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Tate in the 74th minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper José Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Emílio Terra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this José Sá quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Tate in the 80th minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper José Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Giardino, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Edmond Verdun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edmond Verdun made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Alexis Alexandris sent off a good shot on target. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Giardino in the 90th minute of play. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Giardino in the 92nd minute of the match. Clemente Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Papoutsakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Alexis Alexandris was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Errecaborda AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Alexis Alexandris got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. tHe SOnS of rAGnar had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
