The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE's Korneliusz Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 6th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After 12 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Laurens Vandamme. Dariusz Mika, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 18th minute ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE were awarded a corner. Dariusz Mika went to the cornerflag to take it. Dariusz Mika made a great header on ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE's corner, it was just that Belgium's Casper Claes managed to reach the ball for a save. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Korneliusz Brak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Bartlomiej Walicki hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Edward Vanderstraeten hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 42nd minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Brak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korneliusz Brak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Yves Dervaux notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE's Korneliusz Brak. Korneliusz Brak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Korneliusz Brak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Rakowski came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yves Dervaux got free with Korneliusz Brak in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Claes should have stopped the shot. ZONA WŁODZICKIE WZGÓRZE's Pawel Dziedziak was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Casper Claes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaroslaw Brytka in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. In the 97th minute Pawel Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Belgium players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
