Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. David Eikelkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The long shot by Olavo Moreno in the 12th minute really tested Arnout Reekers's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 18th match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Lapurdi to maneuver through the defense. Dibag Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Dibag Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Caetano Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiquinho Soares in the 43rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute of the match Xiboquinha FC got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olavo Moreno ran over to the corner to take the kick. 46 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Dibag Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiquinho Soares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrey Villasante kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Xiboquinha FC's Caetano Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Xiboquinha FC's Caetano Simões. But to his dismay, Caetano Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiquinho Soares in the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olavo Moreno was slow to take the kick. During this time Xiboquinha FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 72nd minute, Caetano Simões made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Safadão in the 76th minute of play. Xiboquinha FC's Dibag Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dibag Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
