Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Adam Druga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Druga. Sandu Alungulesei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, Emerald's Matei Félix Júnior shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fodor Daniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Emerald reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 16th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Sandu Alungulesei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandu Alungulesei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sandu Alungulesei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandu Alungulesei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Takacs Tibor notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Emerald's Sandu Alungulesei. Sandu Alungulesei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandu Alungulesei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Trifon Ivanov. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Trifon Ivanov hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Hungary's Balazs Lajos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrei Alexandrescu's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 60th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Sandu Alungulesei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Emerald's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 63rd minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sandu Alungulesei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Alexandrescu in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Alexandrescu came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Sandu Alungulesei made a huge save. 75 minutes into the match, Victor Piţurcă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Piţurcă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Bakos Endre got a free kick in the 77th minute. Emerald's Sandu Alungulesei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Emerald from getting a goal against them. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 83rd minute. In the 90th minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Alungulesei having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 96th minute of play. Hungary played a much better game than Emerald and deserved their victory. The Emerald players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
