Camille Baume received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ye Kang Zhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hu Yao Nan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Maxime Durand skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Hu Yao Nan got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Remy Dupuy. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hu Yao Nan in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes in the game, Rafael Lenzi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maxime Durand having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Hu Yao Nan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 35th minute, David Barbier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Régis Lima made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by France's Remy Dupuy. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. Ye Kang Zhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 55th minute of play. The throw-in from Régis Lima in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by France's Remy Dupuy. Dedê Tróia hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Hu Yao Nan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Régis Lima threw the ball into play from the sideline. France's Remy Dupuy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tạ Rado hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hu Yao Nan's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Yan Yu Yun hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Ye Kang Zhan got control of the ball when Frank Peletier tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hu Yao Nan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 82 minutes, Dedê Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toni Kroos MGZ™ and the France players grew even worse after the yellow card. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Toni Kroos MGZ™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while France had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
