The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Šeško stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Danilo Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the berretaweres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Lopes couldn't finish the play. Claudemiro Tristão was a little too slow when Israel Manilan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Šeško in the 59th minute of play forced berretaweres's goalkeeper Sing Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GD Almargense's Rasmus Højlund was substituted for Miguel Magalhães. After 61 played minutes GD Almargense got a freekick which was hit by Joško Gvardiol. Sing Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Valadares in the 94th minute of the match.
The berretaweres players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
