Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ubaldo Gonzales started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Wilfredo Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Wilfredo Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Coutinho in the 9th minute of play. Ernesto Fe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Graciano Coutinho's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. If Wilfredo Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Wilson Amorim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 20 minutes, Caetano Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Cavallino Rampante II players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Caetano Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquin Matai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. In the 21st minute of the match, Joaquin Matai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wilson Amorim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Pimentel during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Pimentel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Leoiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Leoiar got free with Wilson Amorim in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Daniel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Cavallino Rampante II got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Polentzi. 34 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavallino Rampante II the free kick. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Felipe Barreto hit a great ball. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Leoiar in the 36th minute. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Wilfredo Leoiar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 40th minute, Daniel Pimentel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 minutes Cavallino Rampante II's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felipe Barreto who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Felipe Barreto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernesto Fe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wilson Amorim was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Wilfredo Leoiar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilfredo Leoiar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Portugal booed when Cavallino Rampante II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Domeka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cavallino Rampante II's Ernesto Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 59th minute of play. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ernesto Fe made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Joaquin Matai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cavallino Rampante II's Ernesto Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Cavallino Rampante II from getting a goal against them. Cavallino Rampante II's Jonas Olivar was substituted for Cirilo Eron. Cavallino Rampante II made a substitution. Arnaldo Ellande replaced Baldomiro Domeka. Cavallino Rampante II's Ivo Oja was substituted for Ubaldo Gonzales. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cavallino Rampante II's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Felipinho Amorim got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernesto Fe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ernesto Fe made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. Ivo Oja scored 4-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 97 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Graciano Coutinho. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cavallino Rampante II fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
