Slovakia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Zé Trigo scored to the left of an out of position Henrich Slany, making the score, 1-0. Slovakia's attentive Vít Biskup managed to snatch the ball when Xu Sha Quan made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. After 13 played minutes Sumaré Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Xu Sha Quan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metod Mlynar in the 14th minute of play forced Sumaré Sport Club's goalkeeper Richard Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Trigo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With his leg Henrich Slany managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Trigo in the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metod Mlynar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrich Slany. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute of the game Vít Biskup made a throw-in which Metod Mlynar played forward. Pavol Koleno made a great header on Slovakia's corner, it was just that Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 37th minute of the game, Luís Fabiano de Sena landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 38th minute, Zigmund Maliar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henrich Slany made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Trigo in the 40th minute. Sumaré Sport Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jessica Xerifão in the 44th minute. Vít Biskup tried in the 44th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Henrich Slany a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metod Mlynar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfred Chmelyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. But to his dismay, Zé Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 80th minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82 minutes of play, Sumaré Sport Club's Alfred Chmelyk made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfred Chmelyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrich Slany read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, Sumaré Sport Club's Alfred Chmelyk made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 93 minutes, Zé Trigo made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sumaré Sport Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
