When Vavrinec Koleno fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Vavrinec Koleno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great ball. When Péter Káposztás came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the ACIBADEM FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Péter Káposztás couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute, Metod Mlynar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, ACIBADEM FK's Cezary Warka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Warka in the 20th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, 韩竞宽 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Árpád Ferenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Metod Mlynar struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Árpád Ferenc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slovakia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Warka in the 39th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Árpád Ferenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezary Warka to make the kick off. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Warka, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Warka in the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the game, ACIBADEM FK's Cezary Warka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Slovakia's Vít Biskup suffered a fractured collar bone after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Péter Káposztás's late challenge caught a Slovakia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Péter Káposztás helped the player get up and apologised. Slovakia's Vratislav Tesarik was substituted for Vít Biskup. After a rather tough play, ACIBADEM FK's Péter Káposztás got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Péter Káposztás scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrich Slany, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Péter Káposztás in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the Slovakia defense, Péter Káposztás kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrich Slany. The Slovakia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrich Slany should have stopped the shot. After having played for 83 minutes, Batuğ Yılma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ACIBADEM FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batuğ Yılma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes ACIBADEM FK got a freekick which was hit by Batuğ Yılma. Péter Káposztás scored 6-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrich Slany, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that ACIBADEM FK were the better team. ACIBADEM FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
