Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Alexandre Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Alexandre Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexandre Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Alexandre Matorin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Matorin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Phoenix Fc's Alexandre Cunha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Guga França stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Guga França tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute of the game Carlos Augusto de Castro made a throw-in which Patrick Netto played forward. In the 27th minute, Zeng Ping Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Phoenix Fc's goalie prevented a goal. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Phoenix Fc's Guga França couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Denmark. 41 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Guga França came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Denmark were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Phoenix Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Netto to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Lars Steen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Ping Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phoenix Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guga França in the 60th minute. 叶榕烽 made in the 63rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Patrick Netto immediately put the ball in play. After 66 played minutes Phoenix Fc got a freekick which was hit by Erik Neves. Phoenix Fc's Alexandre Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Fc from getting a goal against them. In the 69thth minute of the game Guga França who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Fc's Patrick Netto. But to his dismay, Patrick Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Guga França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 叶榕烽 made in the 83rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Patrick Netto however managed to control. Carlos Augusto de Castro made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by 叶榕烽. Bjarne Kirkegaard made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Phoenix Fc's Dedê Brodel.
