Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jurij Štencl started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, AFC Cherries's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Filip Kubala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AFC Cherries's Filip Kubala. Filip Kubala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filip Kubala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AFC Cherries's Radek Rokos got a free kick in the 11th minute. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wim Wilmes sped through AFC Cherries's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filip Kubala. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Filip Kubala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Kubala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC Cherries's Filip Kubala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of play. Filip Kubala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Filip Kubala despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wim Wilmes struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Filip Kubala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes in the game, Jurij Štencl dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Cherries's goalkeeper Filip Kubala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the AFC Cherries defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Kubala. The AFC Cherries fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filip Kubala should have stopped the shot. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurij Štencl, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The audience was convinced that Jurij Štencl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Godfredo Barroso's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Barroso helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 minutes, Radek Rokos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Cherries and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. Radek Rokos hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The AFC Cherries players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filip Kubala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Lars Meesters left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Filip Kubala made a huge save. After a rather tough play, AFC Cherries's Jesse Pinkman got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Kubala having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Cuenca came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesse Pinkman's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The long shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 68th minute really tested Filip Kubala's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Filip Kubala quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Filip Kubala however easily saved by the left post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Kubala having to make a save. Filip Kubala came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. AFC Cherries's Luděk Kareš was substituted for Godfredo Barroso. 87 minutes into the game, AFC Cherries's Jurij Štencl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Radek Rokos kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Luciano Cuenca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luděk Kareš in the 96th minute of play. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
