After 9 minutes, Valentin Voicu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilson Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Voicu might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilson Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Voicu ran back to his position shaking his head. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind VILLARREAL UNITED's goalkeeper Baraxil Sarrate, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baraxil Sarrate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Fenton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Voicu in the 26th minute of play. Valentin Voicu might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilson Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Voicu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Valentin Voicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baraxil Sarrate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Huyghebaert in the 36th minute. A collision led to VILLARREAL UNITED getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nofre Madariaga hit a great ball. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Jardel Baggio replaced Edward Huyghebaert. Baraxil Sarrate made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jardel Baggio sent off a good shot on target. After the first half VILLARREAL UNITED were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jardel Baggio to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Flavius Postelnicescu got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voicu came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Voicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Valentin Voicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 60 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voicu came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baraxil Sarrate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Baggio in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Valentin Voicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. ITAFUT 4EVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sidney Bertassi in the 74th minute. Johan Öman hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Cauan Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Baraxil Sarrate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Jardel Baggio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baraxil Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 85th minute of play. Gert Vesterberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Nilson Peres made a huge save. In the 91st match minute, VILLARREAL UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Voicu to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the VILLARREAL UNITED defense, Jardel Baggio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baraxil Sarrate. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baraxil Sarrate should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched VILLARREAL UNITED eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
