After 11 played minutes Orxata I Fartons got a freekick which was hit by Julen Castillo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 12th minute of play forced Orxata I Fartons's goalkeeper Gaizkine Nobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaizkine Nobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Navarro in the 15th minute of play. Jairo Castellano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Ruiz in the 18th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Orlo Sarrate. Angelo Sacchi, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Jairo Castellano came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Orxata I Fartons's Nicodemo Salan. But to his dismay, Nicodemo Salan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nicodemo Salan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Gregorio Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Castellano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to Orxata I Fartons's goalie finding himself so far out he could grab the ball Kayra Sağlık tried to make a shot after getting passed the defense. Gaizkine Nobo seemed to really have strength and confidence after that save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
