When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Valentin Salqvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Delmiro Raebert to make any attempt to save it. The wind increased when Valentin Salqvist made the kick off in the second half. When Clodoveo Abecia came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Acercate Y Patea de Lejos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Abecia couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Zlatan BK booed when Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 minutes of play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Freddy Terciero made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zlatan BK the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualterio Barbosa in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Pihl saved Zlatan BK from getting behind. Santo Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Pihl having to interfere. Billy Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Barbosa in the 89th minute of play.
