Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) D.P.Aarburg's Rafael Navarro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaaf Groeneveldt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Isias in the 13th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Isias came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 20th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Navarro in the 21st minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Bujor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Valentin Bujor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Severiano Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Bujor. Valentin Bujor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Severiano Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, D.P.Aarburg's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Valentin Bujor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Egbert Nijveldt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Valentin Bujor was a little too slow when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-3. Egbert Nijveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentin Bujor having to make a save. D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Eikelkamp in the 72nd minute of play. Valentin Bujor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute David Peralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Valentin Bujor made a huge save. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Valentin Bujor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than D.P.Aarburg.
