Casey Orchard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balthazar Bär in the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casey Orchard saved U21 Andorra from getting behind. In the 15th minute Scott Bradbury shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Meck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balthazar Bär might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casey Orchard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Balthazar Bär ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casey Orchard saved U21 Andorra from getting behind. Balthazar Bär blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Casey Orchard having to make a save. Casey Orchard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balthazar Bär in the 22nd minute of play. U21 Sweden's Oliver Flamez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Brian Beadle in the 23 minute of the game. U21 Andorra's Casey Orchard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 26th minute of play. After 26 played minutes U21 Andorra got a freekick which was hit by Paul Reeve. After 27 played minutes, U21 Sweden's Torbjörn Nilsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Casey Orchard came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in U21 Sweden reached it. A well-hit corner resulted in Hong Unge heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casey Orchard saved U21 Andorra from getting behind. In the 31st minute U21 Sweden were awarded a corner. Torbjörn Nilsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Torbjörn Nilsson made a great header on U21 Sweden's corner, it was just that U21 Andorra's Casey Orchard managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Balthazar Bär's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casey Orchard was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 40 minutes in the game Brian Beadle did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Deon Furlong. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Andorra's zone, Balthazar Bär stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casey Orchard came out of the goal and Balthazar Bär tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, U21 Sweden's goalkeeper Ronnie Meck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Wise. When U21 Sweden's Balthazar Bär in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U21 Andorra's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darren Blewitt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Svante Forsell kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Casey Orchard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balthazar Bär, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the match, U21 Andorra's goal looked a bit too open when Balthazar Bär came free, but Casey Orchard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 58 in the game by Torbjörn Nilsson from a close distance when the talented Casey Orchard managed to make a qualified save. U21 Andorra's players were relieved. Ivar Nickov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Casey Orchard having to make a save. Ivar Nickov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casey Orchard having to interfere. Casey Orchard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Nickov went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the U21 Andorra defense, Ivar Nickov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casey Orchard. The U21 Andorra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casey Orchard should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Ivar Nickov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Casey Orchard. The goal made the score 0-3. 90 minutes into the match, U21 Andorra's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Nickov came free, but Casey Orchard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to U21 Sweden getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Hong Unge hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched U21 Sweden eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
