The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hispania were furious when José Jaraba was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Kubala in the 47th minute of play forced Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mafia Koniaka players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hispania were winning 1-2.

Polentzi Coviella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Memduh Akova having to interfere. Walery Balkiewicz had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Osman Čiček's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hispania walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
