After 4 minutes, Noah Onstad made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. O rey Iván's Israel Cesario tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 6 minutes into the match, Noah Onstad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Cesario. O rey Iván's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noah Onstad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 14th minute Teodoro Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Refsnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Bibiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludvig Refsnes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of O rey Iván booed when AEK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Snorre Nygaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Snorre Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Cesario. O rey Iván's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Snorre Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Israel Cesario didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Israel Cesario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorre Nygaard in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Snorre Nygaard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Israel Cesario. The goal made the score 5-0. Snorre Nygaard kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Amador Aragones hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Snorre Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Snorre Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Snorre Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Cesario. O rey Iván's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Snorre Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Ståle Skogli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Maura kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Israel Cesario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noah Onstad in the 63rd minute of play. Atle Romundstad scored 7-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Israel Cesario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Israel Cesario came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by AEK FC's Snorre Nygaard. But to his dismay, Snorre Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Israel Cesario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ståle Skogli, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. AEK FC's Ludvig Refsnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Dei in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of AEK FC booed when O rey Iván was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Aragones didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AEK FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when AEK FC's Snorre Nygaard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Israel Cesario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noah Onstad's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AEK FC's zone, Benito Dei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludvig Refsnes came out of the goal and Benito Dei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Ståle Skogli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Cesario was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. The supporters of AEK FC booed when O rey Iván was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Baladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Snorre Nygaard in the 97th minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Israel Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

AEK FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
