Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandro Galishoff started the match with the kick off. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Daniel Barna got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lucjan Madajczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fabio Auer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Boruc Cytrynski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. THE FAVOURITES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Austria the free kick. Marc Kronecker kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Herbert Kolba shot from long distance in the 27th minute, but Fabio Auer was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 34 minutes into the game, Fabio Schneider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sebastian Zawada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Barna to make the kick off. Daniel Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the game, THE FAVOURITES's Daniel Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Auer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Leonhard Maier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Zawada having to make a save. Sebastian Zawada came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Austria's Sandro Galishoff. But to his dismay, Sandro Galishoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Austria's Fabio Schneider got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 72 minutes, Daniel Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE FAVOURITES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to THE FAVOURITES getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Lucjan Madajczyk hit a great ball. Fabio Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Zawada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Marvin Harrer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind THE FAVOURITES's goalkeeper Sebastian Zawada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
