Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şafak Şeref during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Samsunspor's Şafak Şeref got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Chris Nygaard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yavuzalp Sağanalp. Samsunspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The corner led Denmark's Chris Nygaard to fire away a dangerous shot which Yavuzalp Sağanalp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Samsunspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Mikkel Wulff got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yavuzalp Sağanalp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Chris Nygaard took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yavuzalp Sağanalp. Yavuzalp Sağanalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Lars Steen got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yavuzalp Sağanalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Yavuzalp Sağanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 23rd minute of the match. Yavuzalp Sağanalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Cemal Bekdil sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Kingsley Schindler hit a great ball. Yavuzalp Sağanalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Samsunspor's Hatemi Selami slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Keld Paulsen. That made the score 2-2 after 39 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yavuzalp Sağanalp was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Keld Paulsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. Yavuzalp Sağanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 51st minute of play. Denmark's attentive Bjarne Kirkegaard managed to snatch the ball when Diego Armando de Alcântara made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavuzalp Sağanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemal Bekdil in the 66th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kingsley Schindler kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Olav Graversen. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hatemi Selami in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Diego Armando de Alcântara hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes Samsunspor got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Tolgahan. Mikkel Wulff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yavuzalp Sağanalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Kingsley Schindler's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kingsley Schindler helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Denmark booed when Samsunspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kingsley Schindler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Lars Steen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Steen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Samsunspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Armando de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Chris Nygaard sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Samsunspor's Yavuzalp Sağanalp didn't even have to move. Samsunspor's Hatemi Selami pulled a muscle in his back after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 91 minutes into the game, Bjarne Kirkegaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samsunspor the free kick. After 92 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. Bertram Svenningsen kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Samsunspor got a freekick which was hit by Namık Kemal Yenal. Denmark played a much better game than Samsunspor and deserved their victory. The Samsunspor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
