Long Liang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Graciano Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Long Liang. That made the score 2-2 after 96 minutes of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
