The referee ignored Sosoco FC's protests and gave Tales Simão a yellow card for diving instead. Tales Simão kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Filip Hološko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Hološko in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diamantino Ferraz saved Sosoco FC from getting behind. Hayyam Rasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Sosoco FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Caco Arruda hit a great ball. Hayyam Rasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tales Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes The Last Airbender got a freekick which was hit by Vural Balabey. Köksal Yenal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Diamantino Ferraz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Sosoco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Köksal Yenal came free, but Diamantino Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Sosoco FC made a substitution. Lúcio Mattos replaced Anselmo Gaspar. 56 minutes into the game, The Last Airbender's Köksal Yenal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Ferraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Filip Hološko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sosoco FC made a substitution. Wágner Travassos replaced Dorian Linares. Diamantino Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Köksal Yenal in the 61st minute of the match. Hayyam Rasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Senna in the 64th minute of the match. When Filip Hološko came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the The Last Airbender fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Hološko couldn't finish the play. Sosoco FC's Diamantino Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Hološko in the 68th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, The Last Airbender's Filip Hološko made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diamantino Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Sosoco FC's zone, Filip Hološko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Ferraz came out of the goal and Filip Hološko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th match minute, Sosoco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caco Arruda to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Mattos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Hayyam Rasi made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Sosoco FC's Hayyam Rasi threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Didi Senna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Last Airbender fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sosoco FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
