But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Himmelmann couldn't finish the play. Norbert Wyrzykowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Schopp, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of FC Hollywood booed when Bieganów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Zyskowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 minutes of play, FC Hollywood's Michael Hoffmann made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norbert Wyrzykowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half FC Hollywood were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edgar Matela made the kick off in the second half. If Ryszard Franzik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norbert Wyrzykowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Hermann went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Bieganów SSA's Norbert Wyrzykowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Bieganów SSA from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Bieganów SSA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ruben Seiderer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Christopher Schopp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Hollywood's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
