Cengizhan Şahistan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Åberg in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Ekström in the 14th minute of play forced 1. FC Krotoszyn's goalkeeper Cengizhan Şahistan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Zdeb scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Eklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 24 minutes of play, 1. FC Krotoszyn's Wawrzyniec Kisielka made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Eklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stefan Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Zdeb, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Björnlunda IF's Stefan Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Urban in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Björnlunda IF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Edvard Hellqvist hit a great ball. Stefan Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Urban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes 1. FC Krotoszyn got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Urban. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

After 52 minutes of play, 1. FC Krotoszyn's Jerzy Urban made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Eklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute, Wawrzyniec Kisielka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Stefan Eklund managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when 1. FC Krotoszyn's Wawrzyniec Kisielka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stefan Eklund was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Franciszek Bienienda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franciszek Bienienda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Stefan Eklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wawrzyniec Kisielka's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Urban came free, but Stefan Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute of the game Boris Käcker made a throw-in which Edvard Hellqvist played forward. FC Krotoszyn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Björnlunda IF throughout the match.
