The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

If Luis Urdaspal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justo Bras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Breton in the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Naboonga OFF getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Silvio Txerran hit a great ball. When Ben Breton came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the SAN MARTIN F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Breton couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SAN MARTIN F.C. had played much better football throughout.
