But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Banaszak came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Varela got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hitzeder Manrique. 23 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Cuadrado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hitzeder Manrique in the 24th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Cuadrado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Txindoki in the 25th minute of play. Wojciech Fiszer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Cuadrado having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Aureliano Karlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Cuadrado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Amorebieta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Eztebe saved AFC FUSION from getting behind. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainerio Obis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aureliano Karlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Cuadrado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Banaszak, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Dawid Beckham hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

In the 55th minute, Merih Sikevich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Amorebieta in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Rolando Amorebieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Karlo in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Cuadrado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacinto Cuadrado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 62nd minute of the match. AFC FUSION's Wojciech Fiszer suffered a concussion in the 62nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 62 minutes, Merih Sikevich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the AFC FUSION players grew even worse after the yellow card. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Wojciech Fiszer. Merih Sikevich kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Jacinto Cuadrado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Napier came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mari Balotelli in the 86th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jacinto Cuadrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Amorebieta's late challenge caught a AFC FUSION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Amorebieta helped the player get up and apologised. Rolando Amorebieta hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Boca Juniors's Jacinto Cuadrado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Beckham in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Mari Balotelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Cuadrado. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mari Balotelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
