To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arif Ozan Oğuztan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Cirilo Ritchie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Eztebe. AFC FUSION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Ritchie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Raul Vigil made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham. The supporters of Arrecifes booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Ritchie in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cirilo Ritchie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
