Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Rafal Domaradzki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafal Domaradzki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Eugeniusz Andryszyn hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of Germany booed when Black Express was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafal Domaradzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugon Drab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes Black Express's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. Germany's Albin Holweck was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hugon Drab in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hugon Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Izydor Piatek's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The shot was a little too simple and Hugon Drab could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogumil Klimkiewicz in the 85th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
